Fire every N minutes regardless of volume.

zone_visit_count threshold

Fire when N+ visits seen in the window below.

window_minutes

Look-back window for the volume trigger.

cooldown_minutes

Suppress repeats within N minutes.

Action

Task that lands on the operator's queue when the contract fires.

task_code

Machine identifier; lowercase_snake.

title_template

Variables: {zone_name}, {visit_count}, {window_minutes}.

One-line instruction body shown under the title.

Owner & SLA

Who the task goes to, and how fast they must respond.

primary_role *

Role that initially owns the task.

fallback_role *

Used when primary can't be assigned.

ack_seconds *

Time before L1 escalation. Typical: 60–300 (1–5 min).

due_seconds *

Time before L2 escalation. Typical: 300–1200 (5–20 min).

Enforcement

Escalation ladder, grace window, and what happens on SLA miss.

expire_after_seconds

Grace past due_seconds before auto-expire. Typical: 1200 (20 min).

miss_policy

expire_and_record closes the task; reassign hands it off.

escalation_levels

Typical ladder: L1 on ack_missed → notify shift_manager; L2 on due_missed → reassign shift_manager, notify district_manager.

How completion and outcome are verified, and whether to collect operator feedback.
